The program consists in granting microcredit or housing improvement to families asking for it as a group. Microcredit is a tool that gives opportunities to low income families with informal jobs.

was launched in March 2006, and is based on three basic actions: Data collection, treatment

extending gas networks ,   a    key element for

trust fund system, where FPVS   acts as a
link   between community organizations and
